Cavalier Development Consultants has been involved in numerous projects over the years.  A few of the major projects are detailed below.

BALLENGER CROSSING - A four hundred seventy-five (475) home mixed-use community located off of Ballenger Creek Pike just south of Frederick City, Frederick County, Maryland.  This community was completed in 2006 and Cavalier Development managed the project since the beginning in 1994.  It is a community made up of Single Family homes, Townhomes and Condominiums.  We also established the homeowner's association for the community and managed it for 5 years before it was turned over to the residents.

OVERLOOK - A three hundred twenty-nine (329) home mixed-use community located off of Himes Avenue in Frederick City, Maryland.  This community was completed in 2004 and Cavalier Development managed the project since the beginning in 1996.  It is a community made up of Townhomes and Condominiums and is part of a larger Overlook community.  We worked with the builders and the existing community association throughout the development process.

WALNUT RIDGE - A five hundred fifty (550) unit Planned Neighborhood Development located off of Rosemont Avenue in Frederick City, Maryland.  This community has one phase remaining and Cavalier Development managed this project from the beginning in 1996.  It is a community made up of Single Family Homes, Townhomes and Apartments.  We also established the homeowner's association for the community and managed it for 4 years before it was turned over to the residents.

CANAL RUN - A three hundred fifty (350) lot single family community located off of Route 15 in Point of Rocks, Maryland.  This community is currently under construction and is roughly 60% complete.  It includes a lake, pool & clubhouse and parkland.  Cavalier Development has worked with the owners of the project in varying capacities since it's inception in 1997.

WOODRIDGE, LAKE LINGANORE - A ninety (90) lot Single Family community located off of Eaglehead Drive in the Lake Linganore subdivision, New Market, Maryland.  This community was completed in 2007 as a small part of the much larger Lake Linganore (2000+ homes).  Cavalier Development managed the approvals of the engineering drawings and the construction of the infrastructure.  We also coordinated with the builders and the existing homeowner's association throughout the process.

RIVER OAKS - An eighty-eight (88) lot Single Family community located off of Route 144 in Frederick County, Maryland along the Monocacy River.  This community was completed in 2003 and Cavalier Development managed the project beginning with the final engineering through completion.

BALLENGER RUN - An eight hundred fifty-three (853) lot Planned Unit Development located on Ballenger Creek Pike in Frederick, Maryland.  This community is under construction and Cavalier Development has managed the project since it's inception in 2012.  The project is a mix of Single Family homes, Townhomes, Apartments and senior housing.
