Builder Contracting: We will work with the owner in selecting the builder, negotiating the pricing and pace, and preparing the contract. We understand the relationship between the builder and the owner and what is expected of each throughout the development of the project. Once the contract has been executed, we will work as the owner's representative with the builder to reach a successful completion of the project within the terms of the contract.
Construction Management: From bidding to contract preparation and award, our team will provide the expertise to hire quality contractors at the best price possible. We will manage the onsite development work of the contractors and work closely with governmental authorities throughout the process to ensure quality installation and full compliance with governmental regulations. For residential projects, we will work closely with the builders onsite to protect the completed infrastructure and to maintain a clean site that is inviting to home buyers.
