Design, Schedule & Budgeting: We manage the planners and engineers throughout the design process to ensure timely approvals and cost effective design. We will provide the owner with schedules and budgets for the approval process and the final construction of infrastructure for the development. We will work closely with the owner and their lender to provide accurate forecasting for the development. Our financial proformas are easily understood and provide the information required by lending institutions for funding of development projects.

| Builder Contracting: We will work with the owner in selecting the builder, negotiating the pricing and pace, and preparing the contract. We have worked with many of the top national builders and local builders in the area and are familiar with the market and the industry standards. We understand the relationship between the builder and the owner and what is expected of each throughout the development of the project. Once the contract has been executed, we will work as the owner's representative with the builder to reach a successful completion of the project within the terms of the contract.

We will manage the onsite development work of the contractors and work closely with governmental authorities throughout the process to ensure quality installation and full compliance with governmental regulations.
